十五運會收到的首單年夜額碳減排量捐贈來自廣州。2024年，市林業園林局組織5家國有林場，完成了8.26萬噸林業碳普惠減排量開發，并所有的向廣州賽區執委玖陽視覺會捐贈，用于“十五運”廣州賽區碳中和。
各年夜比賽場館凸起活動佈置“節約辦賽”原則。在廣州賽區，30個場館所有的應用現有開幕活動老場館改革，一體推進場館內外品質晉陞。深圳賽區同樣優先采用現有體育場館改革升級，20個競賽場館中的14個為改革場館。
具體而言，十五運會場館改革周全執行綠色建筑標準。廣州河漢體育中間體育場成為全國首個近零碳年夜型體育場改模型革項目，廣州一切場館及招待飯店均實現100％綠色電力供應。
廣州供電人形立牌局打出綠色組合拳：建成3個近零碳示范區、9座節能減排變電站；氫能應急發電車、無人機等50余參展臺綠色裝備齊上陣。
